Following the Shareholders’ Meeting of 30 April 2021, the
Corporate Governance of Digital Value S.p.A. provides for a Board of Administration composed of 6 members and a Board of Auditors consisting of 3 Standing Auditors plus 2 Alternates. In addition Digital Value S.p.A. appointed the auditing firm BDO Italia S.p.A.
