Massimo Rossi

Born in 1961 in Rome, after graduating from high school with a scientific diploma at the Gabriele D’Annunzio high school in Rome, he took on the role of purchasing manager for a consortium formed by Alenia S.p.A., Otomelara S.p.A., Sma S.p.A., and Elettronica S.p.A., focused on electronic systems for the defence sector.

He then held the position of purchasing manager at Sistemica S.p.A., which deals with control and safety systems in the civil environment.

In 1988, he founded Italware S.r.l., a company where he has always held the position of managing director: the company specialises in offering solutions for the large account segment. From its foundation to the present day, Italware S.r.l. has been characterised by a constant increase in revenues and operating profitability, acquiring a growing market share and a level of specialisation that make it a key player in the ICT sector.

Since November 2018, he has held the position of Chairman of Digital Value S.p.A., a company listed on the Milan Stock Exchange on 8 November 2018 and with over 300 employees. Digital Value was born from the integration of two leading companies in the Technology & Service Solutions sector, Italware S.r.l. and ITD Solutions S.p.A., both active in the large account sector. Within this segment, the Digital Value group focuses on the industrial sectors with the highest investment capacity, such as Utilities and Tlc, with a focus on the Finance, Automotive, Defence & Security areas that require increasing expertise in the integrated offer of Technologies, IT Services and Solutions.
