Simone Strocchi graduated in Economics and Commerce from the University of Pavia. Simone Strocchi coordinates and supervises the team of specialists of Electa Financial Engineering SpA and has organized more than 70 buy-out and exit transactions in the interest of the main international private equity funds, focusing mainly on the structuring of business, the business combination and the accumulation of the average European society. More recently, in addition to developing specialist consultancy activities, it has extended the areas of activity of the Electa Group both to initiatives focused on the solution of critical circumstances recurring in the Vintage PE portfolio and to the promotion of disintermediation systems between investors and agreements. rebalancing of carriers of interest between investor and manager.

In June 2011, Simone Strocchi was co-founder and executive director of the company Made in Italy 1 S.p.A., the first Italian SPAC with financial instruments admitted to trading on AIM Italia. In 2014 Simone Strocchi founded IPO Challenger SpA, an investment company that considers the evolution of SPAC in the “prebooking company" that created and listed the Italian company Wine Brands SpA on AIM Italia. which consolidates Giordano Vini S.p.A. and Provinco Italia S.p.A., is the first Italian winery to be contested on the stock exchange.

Simone Strocchi holds the office of President of Aispac (Italian Association of Promoters of SPAC and prebooking company), as well as active promoter of initiatives to accelerate the listing and investments focused on Italian economic excellence.
